The Karndean Van Gogh Warm Brushed Oak is a vinyl floor designed to mimic the effects of a real wood natural floor. The warm tones help your floor look cosy and homely, and the hard-wearing surface means your floor will last for years to come. It's also been finished with their new 'wood grain emboss', so your new floor will even feel like the real thing.

Karndean have combined design with a drop-and-lock clicking mechanism and a acoustic underlay, reducing sound by Lw= 21 dB so there’s no need to buy underlay and adhesive; this rigid-core LVT tile can be laid on most subfloors on its own, for a lightning fast installation.

The rigid core is stronger and a more stable product which allows you to install over imperfect subfloors and is suitable in conservatories, with a 5mm expansion gap.
