Quick-Step Academy courses combine expert guidance, short presentations and hands-on installation training in dedicated flooring bays. Designed for installers who are new to the trade or looking to develop their skills, the training covers engineered wood, laminate and LVT flooring, with one-to-one support throughout.

After completing the Level 1 course, installers receive a certificate of attendance, access to the Quick-Step technical helpline and the opportunity to progress towards Master Installer accreditation.
